By choosing RYNO, you get to skip the traffic and won’t have to wait around at garages any longer. If your car happens to be in need of recovery, it’ll come at an additional cost.
    RYNO still offers convenient benefits and savings on all your wear and tear items including batteries, brakes and tyres and on non-mechanical repairs.     A car wash, with interior cleaning, is only included in your basic to major service package. If you wish to have a car wash with any other type of service, you can include it as an add-on during booking.
    Yes. Our auto service workshop is fully insured, and all our mechanics are more than qualified to work on your car.
    Your car will stay safe in our garage. However, if you need your car immediately, and it’s safe to drive, we will return it whilst waiting for the spare parts to arrive. Once they arrive, we can collect your car and take it back to our auto service workshop to complete all repair work. Alternatively, you can check with one of our advisors if a temporary replacement car can be given.
    If your car needs any additional work that requires spare parts, our service advisors will give you a quote for the parts. The work will be carried out after getting an approval from you. You can choose to replace the parts with original parts supplied by the vehicle manufacturer, or just use aftermarket parts. No work will be carried out on your car without your signed approval.
    RYNO provides a same day delivery for all regular service bookings. If any additional work is required, then you’ll be given an EDD. The free pickup and delivery will be done at your desired time slots. You can book basic, full, or major services online. For any other additional services or repairs, contact us on+234 (0) 901 333 3000 or+234 (0) 901 111 1100, and we’ll endeavor to fulfill your request as per your requirements.
    Full Payment must be made to consummate a transaction. Payment for service bookings will be as per invoice terms and conditions. All acceptable legal tender in Nigeria can be used for payment.
    The process is simple. On the day of your service, our agent will arrive at the collection point. He will check your car for any damage and prepare a damage report of your vehicle, which will be sent to you by whatsapp and email. Your car is then taken to the garage and fully inspected with a comprehensive health check. If any issues are found during the service, we will source for the parts and give you a quote for them, and any labour work during repairs. Our advisor will contact you to obtain your approval for any vehicle repairs. If you accept, we will carry out the service and additional repairs, and if you decline, only the service will be conducted. Once payment has been received, your car will be delivered to you along with a comprehensive delivery report. You can check the report to see if any additional damages are on your car. All our invoices, inspection reports, delivery reports, and parts requests are sent digitally to your phone via whatsapp or email.
    We will supply you with OEM, aftermarket, and genuine parts at trade prices, or you can provide your own parts. We give you the freedom of choosing your own parts. All parts supplied by the client are not under warranty by RYNO. The service prices listed online cover labour costs only. Our advisor will always call you with prices for parts and labour if we find any issues with your vehicle. Additional work will only be performed after your approval.
    All our garages are vetted, checked, qualified and insured to work on your vehicle. This is why we offer a 3 month or 2,000 km parts and labour warranty on any work we do. (T&Cs apply)
