Niyi is the CEO for Ryno Automotive. His competence cuts across accounting, business development, administration, sales and corporate marketing. He started his career in accounting with South Africa Nigeria Telecoms Ltd and rose to the position Head of Accounts. He later resigned from the organization to join KUNOCH Communications as the Business Development Manager in January 2003 where he was in charge of creating and managing distribution channels nationwide.

His interest in automobiles and the desire to explore his dreams as an astute entrepreneur made him venture into the entrepreneurship terrain by establishing Philly & Mools Automobile.

‘Niyi’s passion as a salesman in the automobile industry provided him the platform to discover various business opportunities within the transportation sector. Today, he has successfully launched various business organizations within the sector with the sole mandate of overseeing the growth of its strategic vision, market penetration and assets.

‘Niyi is a graduate of Economics/Management from Nigeria’s premier university; The University of Ibadan, and an alumnus of Nigeria’s prestigious business school, the Lagos Business School (LBS). ‘Niyi Oguntoyinbo is a business entrepreneur who sees the need to develop young successful entrepreneurs and he has pursued this vision to support various entrepreneurship activities within the country.

He is also an alumnus of Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) where he also lectures periodically. Niyi has also attended the Chief Executive Programme (CEP) and IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain – Advanced Management Programme (AMP).

Dr. Mayowa ADEJUMO joined RYNO Automotive Ltd since its incorporation in 2021 as its Head, Research & Innovation.

Dr. Mayowa uses her skills in process design, design thinking, storytelling, customer service and lifestyle research to create relatable customer touch points at the dealership and workshop service centres. This strategy has led to an increase in RYNO’s clientele base servicing customers at its Lagos centres and providing call-out support to other commercial cities of Abuja and Port-Harcourt.

She recognises that Automotive sales & service is an intricate process that involves emotions, lifestyle perceptions, after sales support and maintaining customer relationships that leads to overall satisfaction of the customer experience. This has helped RYNO Automotive reach its target audience, enjoy referrals, maintain its growing customer database and enjoy unrivaled brand recognition, and reputation.
Dr. Mayowa Adejumo has a multi-disciplinary background in human and animal health, enterprise and business management. She is an alumnus of the University of Ibadan (Nigeria), Bournemouth University (United Kingdom), Lagos Business School (Nigeria).

She is also an avid reviewer for public health journals contributing to a large number of publications, and her hobbies include research on culture and lifestyle.

Temitayo is a graduate of Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University [O.A.U] finishing with a 2.1 grade in the first top 10 of her graduating class 2008. She is a life member of Students in Free Enterprise O.A.U chapter and also an alumnus of the Enterprise Development Centre of the Pan African University. She is also a Certified Managerial Finance Expert from London School of Economics & Political Science. She has also loaned her expertise to holding international briefs, sealing deals, and attending strategic business meetings in Dubai and India, thereby always representing the best interest of the company.

She has risen through the corporate ladder as an avid learner, having undergone management training with W-holistics Business Solution, leadership training at Day Star Academy one of the fastest growing faith based institutes in West Africa and holds a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from the Pan-African University.

She has worked on a number of projects with Illuminati Project Services Limited from 2009-2011 and also worked on the launch of the only metered taxi service in Lagos; Metro Taxi.

In addition to her financial and management roles, she is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Ryno Automobile.

Ololade Odukoya is an outstanding and career-driven professional with years of work experience in product marketing, business development, sales, operations management, and product management development. Despite having a B.Sc. in Mass Communications from Lead City University, Ololade has transited seamlessly into a highly focused business executive with work experience across business development, marketing management, administration, and business strategies in the automobile, transaction switching, and marketing industry.

Lola’s evolution into a result-driven and productive business professional with no prior academic background in business is a demonstration of her tenacity, drive for growth, and dedication to accomplishing set goals and objectives. Ololade is an individual of laser-sharp vision and focus, demonstrated by the outstanding results that have accompanied her career and her rapid professional advancement. During her progressive career, she has performed excellently across various roles, including Marketing Executive and Business Development Manager with Teflonhub Limited, Business Development Manager with Bema Seamless International, Executive Assistant with Philly and Mools Automobile, and currently works as the Head, Strategy and Business Support with Ryno Automotive Limited. In her current role at Ryno Automotive Limited, she has shown innovation, leadership, and competence to manage cross-functional teams in business development, branding, marketing, procurement, and operations.

Temidayo Oni is the Legal Consultant/Company Secretary and Risk Officer charged with the responsibility of advising and directing the company internally, ensuring governance structures and mechanisms, externally enforcing its rights and defending lawsuits amongst others;

His professional qualifications are LLB, University of Ibadan, Bachelor of Law Nigerian Law School, Abuja, LLM, University of Lagos and Attendee/Participant Lagos state Multi-door Courthouse on Alternative Dispute Resolution development with over 15years of active law practice;

Hard work, honesty, integrity and transparency have always been my core values which fortunately align with the ethos of my legal profession as you must be fit and proper before being called to the Bar and maintain the same standards thereafter.

As a very hard worker, I have learned to play hard too, especially that holidays are a very important part of hard work ensuring a fresh return with clear eyes on set targets. I love to make friends, attend parties of family and friends and support positive and good causes.

Being a lawyer was not planned because I had always dreamed of being an architect like my father until I discovered after high school I could not study Architecture without Physics which I had dropped for Government (earning a Best Government Student Award 1994 presented by the then Honourable Minister of Education (Late Babtunde Fafunwa). so after high school, confused not being able to go back to study Physics or take it at GCE I would call myself NFA (No Future Ambition) until I took the JAMB in Dec.1995 gained admission into UI for Political Science was advised by my aunt Professor (Mrs.) Titi Filani to secure a minimum 2.1 grade so I could take a direct entry form into Law Faculty and the rest is history. It is worthy of note that my greatest accomplishment comes from being able to help people in need.

I am a native of Ikeji ile Osun state and a Graduate of Science Laboratory Technology Ekiti State University , I started my fleet management career in 2006 with Twins crown petroleum (a dealer company under EXXON MOBIL) as a Transport manager overseeing the logistics needs of the companies trucks and vehicles and also rose to the post of a station manager in 2009.

I worked with philly and mools group from September 2013 – 2020 as the group fleet supervisor. In 2014, working with Autorecovery which is a subsidiary of Philly and Mools, I spearheaded all movement of vehicle haulage of over 2,000 units of vehicles from Lagos to different locations in the Country. I was also a major operations part of Metro Taxi which was the first and largest metered Taxi in Nigeria. I have  worked in the following capacity: fleet manager, depot manager, business manager and presently, operations head of Ryno Automotive Ltd. .

I am a cool headed calm resourceful and reliable fellow who derives satisfaction from achieving targets and goals and also ensuring that my work environment is relatively stable. I love to respect people’s opinions and I am a great team player.
