Dr. Mayowa ADEJUMO joined RYNO Automotive Ltd since its incorporation in 2021 as its Head, Research & Innovation.

Great brands start with one simple aim in mind; to help build a brand that is creatively different from the norm, deliver superior customer user experience and deliver satisfying returns to the stakeholders.
Dr. Mayowa uses her skills in process design, design thinking, storytelling, customer service and lifestyle research to create relatable customer touch points at the dealership and workshop service centres. This strategy has led to an increase in RYNO’s clientele base servicing customers at its Lagos centres and providing call-out support to other commercial cities of Abuja and Port-Harcourt.
She recognises that Automotive sales & service is an intricate process that involves emotions, lifestyle perceptions, after sales support and maintaining customer relationships that leads to overall satisfaction of the customer experience. This has helped RYNO Automotive reach its target audience, enjoy referrals, maintain its growing customer database and enjoy unrivaled brand recognition, and reputation.
Dr. Mayowa Adejumo has a multi-disciplinary background in human and animal health, enterprise and business management. She is an alumnus of the University of Ibadan (Nigeria), Bournemouth University (United Kingdom), Lagos Business School (Nigeria).

She is also an avid reviewer for public health journals contributing to an avid number of publications and her hobbies include research on culture and lifestyle.
