Temidayo Oni is the Legal Consultant/Company Secretary and Risk Officer charged with the responsibility of advising and directing the company internally, ensuring governance structures and mechanisms, externally enforcing its rights and defending lawsuits amongst others;

His professional qualifications are LLB, University of Ibadan, Bachelor of Law Nigerian Law School, Abuja, LLM, University of Lagos and Attendee/Participant Lagos state Multi-door Courthouse on Alternative Dispute Resolution development with over 15years of active law practice;

Hard work, honesty, integrity and transparency have always been my core values which fortunately align with the ethos of my legal profession as you must be fit and proper before being called to the Bar and maintain the same standards thereafter.

As a very hard worker, I have learned to play hard too, especially that holidays are a very important part of hard work ensuring a fresh return with clear eyes on set targets. I love to make friends, attend parties of family and friends and support positive and good causes.

Being a lawyer was not planned because I had always dreamed of being an architect like my father until I discovered after high school I could not study Architecture without Physics which I had dropped for Government (earning a Best Government Student Award 1994 presented by the then Honourable Minister of Education (Late Babtunde Fafunwa). so after high school, confused not being able to go back to study Physics or take it at GCE I would call myself NFA (No Future Ambition) until I took the JAMB in Dec.1995 gained admission into UI for Political Science was advised by my aunt Professor (Mrs.) Titi Filani to secure a minimum 2.1 grade so I could take a direct entry form into Law Faculty and the rest is history. It is worthy of note that my greatest accomplishment comes from being able to help people in need.
